EDIT: The owner contacted us and explained what had happened. It is still disappointing to have a poor experience... initially. However, the owner made things right and we had an opportunity to use their service. They did a great job grooming our dog, as indicated by the other reviews, and we will use their service again. I've changed my rating to reflect this.Extremely disappointing. They canceled the first appointment due to problems with their vehicle. Totally understandable, but disappointing - at least it was communicated before our appointment. We rescheduled for the following week and they were a no call, no show. My wife tried calling and texting them after a half hour of waiting and couldn't reach anyone.read more

Ruff Roads is AWESOME!!! I was hesitant to have my Great Pyrenees professionally groomed because he easily gets scared... and nervous but they did a great job with him. I can trust that he is taken care of and loved while being groomed. He had bad mats that they cut out and somehow managed to still make the hair look even. It’s been over a week and he still smells amazing! Highly recommend!read more

Would give them more stars if I could. Absolutely the best experience from start to finish, for both myself, and my... dog. We have an Australian Shepard and he had seen many different groomers prior to Ruff Roads. We will NEVER go to anyone else again. They are convenient, caring, and do the absolute best work. His little trim is so good every time. We even get compliments on it. Highly recommend.read more

They were so helpful! I had never used a mobile groomer before and traditionally they book out a couple weeks but my... dog was scheduled to have surgery so wanted to have him bathed prior to surgery. They were able to sneak me in during a time slot when someone else cancelled so I didn’t have to wait. His bath was great! He was happy and they did a wonderful job with his nails and all. Smells like a spring meadow! Thanks guys! It was a great experience. I’ll definitely use you again.read more

We love Ruff Roads!! I love the convenience of Ruff Roads coming to us... They are always on time and easy to contact... to make an appointment! They take such great care of our fur baby, who wasn’t a fan of groomers prior to them. They are so good with her, patient and kind! She leaves her “spa day” feeling fantastic, and smelling so good!!
