Why does mobile grooming cost more?
It’s a one-on-one service that helps reduce stress and anxiety for your pet and cuts time spent in the salon. We not only offer premium services using top of the line product, we also tailor the experience to your pets needs.
Will you come into my house & make a mess?
NO. we are self-sufficient, do not require entrance into your home unless requested and park outside for your convenience.
Do you need to use my water or Electricity?
NO. Ruff Roads vans are equipped with Powerful Inverters, 100-gallon water tank, and water heater
Do you have AC/Heat?
YES. Climate control adjusted for the comfort of your pet.
My dog is matted, does it cost extra?
YES. The condition of the dog’s coat will determine overall pricing. We will review upon arrival and examination of the coat.
How often should I get my dog groomed?
We recommend 6-10 week cycles depending on your dog’s needs. This helps keep the price stable and your dog in good condition. Ask us to get on a re-booking schedule!
Do you charge a driving fee?
Yes, We have a $10 travel fee and a $15 Travel fee to La Center/Woodland
Can you groom my dog when I’m at home?
YES. we are happy to make arrangements to ensure a convenient experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you fail to confirm your appointment or fail to notify us of a cancellation a $50 fee will be charged. If our groomer arrives at your home but does not receive an answer, we will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before considering the appointment a no show. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Can you service multiple dogs at once?
YES. If you have multiple dogs and want to keep them on the same cycle, we are happy to accommodate and service them during one appointment.
